I foster healthy cultures and the kind of leadership that drives them.
Coach, Organizational Development Consultant, Researcher, Writer
I learned about human systems, organizational culture, and leadership by growing a business from the ground up. After decades of entrepreneurship, curiosity led me back to school. I wanted to understand how to create the conditions for healthy, human-centric cultures in other organizations, and this led me to earn a master’s in Human Systems Intervention.

I bring my own leadership experience and this wider comprehension of systems thinking to my work with organizations and their leaders. My focus is to foster healthy cultures and the kind of leadership that drives them.

How I Work
Seeds of transformation often lie in thoughtful, authentic, and vulnerable conversations. I love helping folks have those conversations, whether in groups or in a one-on-one coaching session.

My focus in facilitating group activities is to generate deeper connections and mutual understanding in the group. Thoughtful, authentic, and vulnerable conversations are more than anything else what drive powerful and positive shifts in how people work together.

In a group conversation I want to hear everyone's voices - and I want you to hear them too. In this way we become aware of how different perspectives and styles of thinking and expression enrich the whole group. We learn too how those perspectives are often silenced, disregarded, or wasted - and what a loss that is to the group.

I believe that organizational life can be a vehicle for social change, so I employ my hopefulness and vision to help organizations move toward more ethical and people-centered ways of doing things.
This kind of positive change can have wide repercussions within the organization, in the surrounding community, and in ever-widening circles.

An organizational assessment will highlight the kind of group experience that can help your team make these breakthroughs. Then together we can work on a design that is targeted and strategic, that will build capacity and jumpstart new ways of doing things.
