About the event
The way we, as leaders, achieve success is by making those around us successful. When we leverage the brilliance and capacity of the people in our organization, they take us over the finish line. Leaders set the tone. What we model in our interactions within the organization and externally, and how we care for people, are the foundations of a healthy, diverse, and resilient organizational culture.
In this workshop, we use a trauma-informed lens to help leaders learn more about why and how to build cultures of care within organizations. What is trauma? How does it show up in the workplace? Why is it important to be trauma-informed, and what can we as leaders do to address it?
