My ultimate goal is to be of service, inspire individuals, and help organizations evolve and realize their full potential. I see my role as supporting the members of an organization to build their capacity to work together effectively.

To navigate the complexity of this work, I draw on my expertise as a facilitator, designer, coach, and process expert. My facilitation style is warm and inclusive, powerful yet respectful.

 

I weigh my words carefully before intervening in a conversation; so that when I do, it is with care and intention. My clients have told me that my observations and intuitive insights into group dynamics have shifted the way people see themselves and their colleagues. 

 

With a background in design and marketing, my goal is to come up with innovative, creative, and fun ways to help people put their feelings and perspectives into words and images so they can articulate a common vision.

I hold an MA in Organizational Development (Human Systems Intervention) from Concordia University.
