I practice non-directive coaching to help you access your inner wisdom. With deep listening, gentle inquiry, and reflection, I create a space for you to find the solutions that work for you. I don't provide advice or guidance or tell you what to do. Sometimes I share stories from my own life, if that seems helpful. One of the things I most enjoyed as an executive was supporting team members to excel. When I resigned after 20 years in the public service, I knew I wanted to carry on supporting people in their leadership journey. I believe people can lead from wherever they are. Leadership is about being true to your purpose; walking your own path. Sure, managing people brings its own challenges, so we can also talk about that! You may be wondering about my credentials... One of the required courses in my master's degree was a Coaching Intensive, the skills from which I practised at work. After 20 years of on-the-job training, I completed a coaching program through Essential Impact. I am currently in the process of getting certified through the International Coaching Federation.
